About us

The Hebron-France Association for Cultural Exchanges is a Palestinian NGO created in 1997 by French and french speaking living people. It aims to expand the French language and culture in  Palestine and to organize intercultural events. It also promotes the historical heritage of  Hebron district.

Through a set of various actions in the ground, the Hebron-France Association for Cultural Exchanges wants to contribute to the revitalisation of the city of Hebron,  particularly in the old city, which has suffered great economic hardship since it has been under control of the israeli army.

Objectives

  • To promote inter-cultural exchanges and dialogue
  • To promote Heritage and Environment of Hebron district
  • To provide social assistance to needy families and recreational activities for children in H2 (under Israeli control)
  • To develop the French language in the district by courses and cultural events
