The office for social help was created in 2002. It works in cooperation with the network of local organizations which deal with social problems.
Our social workers provide the families a social and psychological support (long term tracking of the most problematic cases, visiting the families) and guide some cases towards the specialized institutions and structures, whether associative or governmental.
They work closely to the workshop leaders who organize activities for the children. This collaboration makes it easier to identify behaviors which may indicate there is a need of psychological support.
- Awareness programs and workshops (drugs, domestic violence,, early marriage, marriage within families, etc.…) and talk groups mostly for mothers.
- Publication and distribution of booklets (handicap, bedwetting, home accidents etc.…)
